- Deep understanding of digital technologies and processes affecting business change
- Ability to foster good relations with stakeholders and work collaboratively with and through others
- Ability to analyse and interpret organizational challenges, generate and find innovative solutions (process and/or technology) in alignment with the digital transformation vision of the client
- Ability to write accurate, concise and relevant reports to senior management
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Effective influencing and negotiating skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills. Persistent and driven
- Exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CCMPTM Certified is a big advantage
- Excellent command of the Arabic & English language is a must
- Candidate must reside in Amman, Jordan
