A concise glimpse into the role
As a Digital Marketing Manager you play a pivotal role in overseeing paid acquisition campaigns and driving growth across diverse channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing your primary responsibility is to execute digital marketing activities aligned with key initiatives and growth strategies.
Your focus centers on delivering measurable results utilizing data analysis to optimize and enhance the overall impact of our marketing efforts. In this dynamic position you contribute to the strategic vision of the company ensuring a robust and effective presence in the digital landscape.
Your Time Will Be Invested In
- Strategic Campaign Management:
- Develop execute and manage paid acquisition campaigns across various channels (SEM SMM PPC etc.) to achieve measurable results in lead generation customer addition and revenue growth.
- Optimize marketing campaigns by improving key performance metrics like conversion rates clickthrough rates and costperacquisition.
- Innovative Growth Strategies:
- Identify trends and insights optimizing spend and performance based on gathered insights.
- Brainstorm and execute creative growth strategies planning executing and measuring experiments and conversion tests.
- Budget Oversight and ROI:
- Develop and maintain budgets ensuring all marketing efforts deliver a positive ROI and maintain a good ROAS ratio.
- Evaluate emerging technologies providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
- Collaborative Market Presence:
- Collaborate with internal teams for optimizing the CRO of landing pages and ads.
- Work with agencies and vendor partners conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing applying them to enhance campaign performance.
- Identify critical conversion points and dropoff points optimizing user funnels for improved outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience creating and managing PPC campaigns search/display advertising marketing databases email generation and validation and/or content distribution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics including social media advertising paid search and display advertising and email marketing.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Webmaster SEMrush etc).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Knowledge in LinkedIn Ads Facebook Ads Twitter Ads.
- Familiarity with Sales enablement and engagement platforms like Apollo.io Klenty etc.
- Familiarity with B2B Lead Generation and validation Software like Leadfeeder Factors.ai etc.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Dynamics CRM etc.
- Interest in lead generation data collection and outreach for B2B companies.
- Organized individual with a knack in creating and managing marketing databases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
Qualifications:
- Graduation Department: Bachelor s or Master s degree in marketing or any related field.
