Our client a multinational Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Deskside Support Technician who will be providing desktop solutions support to resolve end user technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Install troubleshoot & maintain a wide variety of equipment & applications. Work as part of a crossfunctional IT Infrastructure team. Customers are onsite & remote end users.
Accountabilities:
Education: AA/AS/AAS degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 24 years of IT experience preferably in a customer facing role.
Required Technical/Process/Functional Experience:
1. pxe boot windows imaging.
2. Desktop support experience hardware and software personal and remote
3. Networking components servers VMs Lab machines. (Dell)
4. WiFi/setup connections
5. Cisco/LogiTech conference room setup/maintenance
6. Patching in IDF and Data Center connections
7. Apple support (preferably via AirWatch)
