Architecture Design Manager

include Bollywood Celebrities Sports Stars Industrialists etc.
The Godrej Family is one of our largest investors and Mr. Nadir Godrej is
on our Board of Directors.
Our Head office is in Mumbai and our projects are spread across Goa
Alibag the Nilgiris and various other locations.
Designation Architecture Design Manager
Location
Mumbai with regular travel across project locations in India; should have
no issue with extended stays at project locations
Purpose of the role:
This Position requires to take charge of the complete architecture
construction and services implementations of assigned projects and
handover the same in good quality and time as per schedule.
To review and issue design drawings technical documentation prepared
and provided by external consultants.
To assist the Lead Architect and External Architects and consultants with
planning designing and implementation of the assigned project.
To take charge of the construction activities ensure all information is
available in advance and resolve all site related issues.
Duties & Responsibilities:
. Control review and issue all working drawings Good for
construction drawings technical drawings administrative
documents etc.
. Ensure work at site is carried out in time. Orange and Red flag
delays and in case of delays and plan mitigation plans.
Prior work experience 5 years in design coordination
Reporting to Architecture Lead
Monthly gross salary range Best in Industry
