- Supervise a team of technical experts and specialists in a broad range of technical sectors
- Oversee all technical aspects of the activity ensuring performance meets targets and client expectations
- Build and manage successful working relationships with numerous stakeholders and partners
- Mainstream GBV considerations across all project activities to ensure the different needs, constraints, capacities, and priorities of survivors, CSOs, and marginalized groups targeted by the project are understood and addressed during the work planning and implementation stages
