You will also be building a small team of data professionals and guide them through the development and implementation of analytical models and algorithms.

Tasks
- Conduct data exploration and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large and complex datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize analytical requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Design and create visually appealing and intuitive data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights effectively
- Perform time series analysis on wearables data to extract meaningful information and derive actionable insights
- Lead a team of data engineers and scientists to drive data analytics and AI initiatives.
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for predictive analytics and optimization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and best practices, including HIPAA and GDPR
- Manage the team's budget, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare data trends, AI technologies, and machine learning models, and identify opportunities for the team to make an impact in this field
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in the field of data analytics, data exploration, visualization, and machine learning
- Strong expertise in digital biomarkers field: time series analysis, particularly with wearables data
- Experience with database management systems, ETL processes, and data warehousing
- Experience with AI technologies, such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Technical expertise with Salesforce, including experience designing and implementing Salesforce data models, developing workflows and automations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
- Experience building and leading a team of data professionals
- Superb communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop a vision for the team's work that aligns with the company s goals
- Must-have: deep understanding of healthcare data regulations and compliance, including HIPAA and GDPR
