Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager/Lead with a keen focus on Business and People Strategy Alignment for a 36month Human Resources Consultancy project.

1. Business and People Strategy Alignment

Providing HR consultancy services covering:

Strategic Human Resources Management

HR Governance

Risk and Compliance Management

Talent Management

Other related services to ensure alignment between business and people strategies

2. People Management

Including services in:

Learning and Development

Workforce Planning

Organisational Development

Performance Management

Employee Wellness

Employee Relations Management

Reward and Recognition

Other related services focused on managing and developing people within the organisation

3. HR Value and Delivery Platform

Encompassing services like:

HR Technology

HR Service Delivery

Other related services to enhance the value and efficiency of HR operations

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in:

Strategic Human Resources Management

HR Governance

Risk and Compliance Management

Talent Management

Learning and Development

Workforce Planning

Organisational Development

Performance Management

Employee Relations Management

Reward and Recognition

HR Technology

HR Service Delivery

Registered/accredited with the Federation of African Professional Staffing Organisations (APSO) If so please provide proof of registration/accreditation.

Qualifications

Master s Degree or higher in HR/Business Management/Administration/Industrial Psychology (Advantage)

Honours Degree in HR/Business Management/Administration/Industrial Psychology

Bachelor s Degree/National Diploma in HR/Business Management/Administration/Industrial Psychology
