Data Modeling: Ensure the provision of high quality multi dimensional data models
o Understand the principles and concepts of OLAP data modelling focused on Cube design
o Can build and maintain high quality semantic layers
o Can reverse-eingineer existing data models to ensure smooth migrations from one system to the other

• Data Strategy: proactively work with IT and our customers to deliver a world class data environment
o Can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
o Can host discussions with a multidisciplinary team to drive forward the data vision
o Can work within a strategic context

• Data Expertise: Be the subect matter experts in all things data, helping to develop our team and innovating to improve our service
o Provide technical OLAP data modelling domain expertise to the wider team to continuously improve the quality of our products
o Drive data innovation in partnership with Group Technology

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
• Extensive experience in building data models, particularly OLAP Cubes
• Ability to drive technology on design/implementation
• Experience of integrating data solutions/products with different visualization tools
• Experience in telecommunication data models is preferred (SID – Shared Information and Data model)
• Experience working in Agile methodology
