Key Skills Requirements and Competencies:
Strong knowledge and expertise in using and supporting the Microsoft BI stack
Experience maintaining and delivering data and reporting via various tools and platforms
2 years of Microsoft TSQL scripting experience; must be able to create advanced queries
2 years of systems operations experience directly supporting data warehouse initiatives
2 years of support or server administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or above
2 years of experience supporting or administering the production Microsoft SSRS report portal
Experience supporting or administering a production application environment (eg. Tableau)
Expert troubleshooting ETL processes SSIS packages TSQL queries and complex SQL joins
Ability to multitask pivot refocus and thrive in an interruptdriven production support environment
Strong communicator a positive attitude and a passion for customerfacing delivery
Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and service management processes
Make decisions confidently independently and assume level2 responsibility in critical situations
Selfmanage and organize multiple tasks with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines
Participation in a 24x5 oncall support rotation
Professional certification or degree in IT discipline or equivalent DWH handson experience

Responsibilities:
Drive and coordinate completion of power billing transactional processes as a top priority
Own execute and coordinate endtoend delivery of customerfacing reporting
Provide breakfix and monitoring support for the data warehouse
Create TSQL queries that fulfill ad hoc data delivery service requests
Administer Tableau and Microsoft SSRS applications; user security training release management
Support endtoend ETL processes via Microsoft SSIS pipelines from collection to visualization
Assess and remediate issues with data loads reports views systems and delivery tools
Leverage business process automation tool (ActiveBatch) for job scheduling and monitoring
Verify and implement controls that ensure accuracy completeness and quality of data loads
Gather data and produce platform metrics and telemetry consistently
Test and validate data solutions systems pipelines and presentation layer offerings
Own and update production data catalog documentation metadata procedures and artifacts
Support data integrations across platforms interfaces tools and multiple network domains
