Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and configuration of Workday Recruiting modules to support our organizations talent acquisition processes and strategies.

Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient system configurations including job requisitions candidate management interview scheduling and reporting functionalities.

Develop and implement custom solutions within Workday Recruiting to address complex business requirements and enhance system capabilities.

Utilize Workday Studio calculated fields and business process frameworks to extend and customize Workday Recruiting functionalities as needed.

Collaborate with integration teams to design configure and test integrations between Workday Recruiting and other HR systems thirdparty applications and data sources.

Ensure seamless data flow and integrity between Workday Recruiting and other systems to support endtoend recruiting processes.

Provide training and support to HR users recruiters and hiring managers on how to effectively use Workday Recruiting features and functionalities.

Develop training materials documentation and job aids to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.

Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday Recruiting configurations and processes to improve system performance usability and efficiency.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the overall recruitment experience.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in Workday Recruiting configurations and processes.

Collaborate with HR business partners recruiters IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements prioritize initiatives and deliver effective solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders providing expertise and guidance on Workday Recruiting capabilities industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Background

Workday certification in Recruiting or equivalent experience is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation with a focus on Workday Recruiting modules.

Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations including system design configuration and integration activities.

Strong understanding of HR processes talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.

Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.

Exceptional communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with crossfunctional teams and external partners in a global matrixed organization.

Demonstrated commitment to quality innovation and continuous improvement.
