As a Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy reliability and compliance of our machine learning models policy frameworks and testing processes. In this key position you will collaborate closely with our data science and engineering teams to implement robust monitoring systems and develop intuitive visualizations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of monitoring ML models policy adherence and testing frameworks with a track record of transforming data practices via monitoring within a team or organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a transformative effort to align the teams mindset towards realtime monitoring
Develop and implement monitoring systems to track the performance of policy frameworks ML models in real time
Create visually appealing and informative dashboards that communicate key performance metrics to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Collaborate with key stakeholders to Design and implement alerts and notifications for critical model events or deviations from expected behavior
Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement relevant techniques to enhance our monitoring capabilities
Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Experience with building and maintaining monitoring systems
Experience in transforming data practices within a team or organization
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics or a related field.
