Job Description

The Investment Analyst will be an integral part of the investment team responsible for conducting detailed research and analysis of potential investment opportunities. This role requires a strong analytical mindset financial acumen and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The successful candidate will support senior team members in making informed investment decisions and managing existing portfolio investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investment Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research industry analysis and financial modeling to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for potential investments including financial operational and market analysis.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed investment reports presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies providing regular updates and recommendations to the investment team.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends economic conditions and regulatory changes impacting the investment landscape.
  • Deal Execution Support: Assist in the execution of investment transactions including coordination with legal compliance and external advisors.

Qualifications

  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Experience: 03 years of experience in investment banking private equity asset management or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling valuation techniques and financial statement analysis. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team objectives.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
