Position Overview:In this pivotal role youll serve as a guardian of TikToks community standards ensuring a positive user experience for millions of global users. Collaborating with a diverse team of moderators your responsibilities will include reviewing usergenerated content enforcing platform policies and nurturing a welcoming digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough moderation of usergenerated content on TikTok meticulously adhering to platform guidelines and community standards.
• Identify and address potential violations such as hate speech graphic violence or nudity taking swift and appropriate action to maintain platform integrity.
• Engage in constructive collaboration with team members and supervisors sharing insights and best practices to enhance moderation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation actions contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation workflows and strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends emerging issues and evolving platform policies to adapt moderation approaches effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential complemented by at least a B2level proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fastpaced highpressure environments.
• Sound judgment and resilience in handling sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.
• While prior experience in content moderation is advantageous it is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with moderation tools and software is a plus but not a prerequisite.
