Job Description

  • Provide an exceptional, full life cycle customer experience to our users through phone, email and chat support.
  • Anticipate customer needs and go above and beyond to ensure an efficient, seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and seamless services to Tyro customers.
  • Update customer information during and after each correspondence.
  • Gather feedback from users on our website.
  • Contact & constantly follow up with potential leads.
  • Build a long-term relationship with our existing customers.
  • Interact with users on all communication channels.
  • Research new methods to enhance the customer experience.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage workloads with little supervision.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate patience and attentiveness in all communication and interactions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in order to proactively and independently solve problems.
  • Experience with computer operating systems and the ability to troubleshoot on demand.
  • Experience in dealing with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Highly energetic & passionate.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Maadi resident is a plus.
