Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone).
  • Be a passionate adviser for users while auctioning their change requests and answering any questions that come your way
  • Show empathy to frustrated users while solving problems and addressing unsatisfactory experiences
  • Triage issues, solve them or escalate them when necessary and do the right follow up until you get a permanent resolution

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Currently living in Cairo.
  • Bachelor's degree (military status is required for males)
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts (morning - evening - overnight). Shifts are 9 hours a day and 5 days a week. (essential)
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools).
  • Exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills. Must be able to connect what clients are asking for with answers to their true issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find speedy resolutions.
  • Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries.
  • Passion for helping others and creating support experiences that exceed clients' expectations.
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Support experience in a high-volume environment. (preferred chat based and phone support)
