The company has recently opened an office in Jersey City New Jersey USA and is looking for a Customer Support Representative.
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Support Representative located in Jersey City NJ. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and communicating effectively with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving & forwarding Inward shipment documents to warehouse
- Tracking the ETA of inward shipments & ensure the customs clearance of cargo within time.
- Maintain inventory & dispatch register in excel sheet.
- Stock reconciliation with warehouse portal.
- Receive PO from customer & ensure timely delivery of order to customers.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research networking and cold calling to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Sales/Admin Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field preferably in the food pharmaceutical or cosmetic ingredients industry is beneficial. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques is an advantage.
- Product Knowledge: understanding of ingredients used in the food pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries including their applications benefits and regulatory requirements.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.
