Title: Oracle Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in delivering technical support for Oracle products and services.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Oracle applications and databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or possess equivalent work experience.
- Certification in Oracle Database Administration or Oracle Application Development.
- Experience with Oracle support tools and utilities such as Oracle Enterprise Manager and Oracle Support Workbench.
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud services and technologies.
- Previous experience providing support in corporate or enterprise environments.
