Customer Support Representative

• Receiving & forwarding Inward shipment documents to warehouse
• Tracking the ETA of inward shipments & ensure the customs clearance of cargo within time.
• Maintain inventory & dispatch register in excel sheet.
• Stock reconciliation with warehouse portal.
• Receive PO from customer & ensure timely delivery of order to customers.
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research networking and cold calling to expand the client base.

• Sales/Admin Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field preferably in the food pharmaceutical or cosmetic ingredients industry is beneficial. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques is an advantage.
• Product Knowledge: understanding of ingredients used in the food pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries including their applications benefits and regulatory requirements.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.

• Indicative Salary Range :USD per annum
