What you would do:
Oversee the delivery of services and service technology to our companys clients or customers.
Evaluate customer feedback to develop quality improvement processes
Ensure delivery processes are efficient and costeffective
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Communicate with customers through various channels
Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
Process orders forms applications and requests
Keep a record of customer interaction transaction comments and complaints
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Excellent verbal and written English communication
Hindi verbal communication skills (Medium level)

Capable of maintaining composure when dealing with irate customers.
