We are looking for a Part-Time (20 hours) Customer Experience Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will be supporting our partner SISU and working in a team
environment.
SISU Clinic is an Irish owned doctor-led cosmetic medicine destination offering a comprehensive range of the most advanced beauty treatments in the world including botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts and much more.
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, empathetic and proactive individual who prides themselves on offering an exceptional experience to patients and customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting SISU patients across Irish, UK and US markets.

What you'll be doing:
About you:
Great at customer service
Fluent in English both in written and verbal communications
The ability and willingness to work in rotation across Monday to Saturday to support the
opening hours of 09.30am 6.30pm with flexibility to change.
The ability to support the shift patterns of Monday to Friday 09.30am - 13.30pm/10:00am 14:30pm and Monday 9.30 - 14:00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 09.30am - 13.30pm and Saturday 09.30am - 17.30pm with flexibility to change and cover evening shifts when required to support coverage.

Strong interpersonal skills
