We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can develop and maintain longterm business relationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaison for our organisation.

As Customer Success Specialist you will help craft the companys customer success strategies building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with crossfunctional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Own overall relationship with new and old clients which includes managing onboarding smooth transition increasing adoption ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external seniorlevel management to understand customer needs maximise retention and growth and communicate learnings.
Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed.
Provide critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our developing platform.
Contribute to initiatives outside of customer conversations that better the customer experience both lowtouch and hightouch.
Effectively maintaining client relationships with followup collecting regular feedback.

Required Skills:
Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years as Customer Success Specialist for a productbased company in the IT sector.
Experience working with SaaS products.
Preferably with working experience in a startup.
Technical curiosity or experience willingness to learn new things
Proven ability to educate executive decisionmakers building and maintaining relationships with them.

Prerequisites:
MUST have excellent communication and written communication skills
Quick learner adaptable to changing business needs
Multitasking skills
