We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team during US shift hours.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries troubleshooting product issues and providing exceptional service. The role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customercentric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in US/nightshift hours.
