- Proactive interactions with customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Contribute to the design of customer journeys.
- Contribute to design playbooks and successfully execute proactive plays.
- Engage with customers via variously defined interaction touchpoints.
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
