In order to help BlueBox System in its objective to become the top digital SaaS platform, we are looking for a fantastic Customer Success Manager (CSM).

As an enthusiastic and committed CSM, you will be working closely with our clients to ensure that they surpass their business objectives and are happy with our product. By establishing enduring relationships with our clients and giving them the resources for adoption, satisfaction, and renewal, CSMs perform a vital and dynamic role.

Furthermore, by making sure that all stakeholders accept our method and are inspired to spread the word about it, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the long-term success of both our clients and the firm!

The ideal applicant will be able to offer insightful advice, handle challenging discussions, and drive each customer's success with the consideration they require.

For this thrilling position, the capacity to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere is essential.

Tasks

Courageous in sharing technical implementation best practices to advance and enhance procedures.

Oversee customer onboardings and cultivate connections with important stakeholders.

Demonstrate sincere concern and empathy. You represent the client to the rest of the BlueBox Systems team, and we rely on you to let us know what will increase their productivity.

Keep a weekly 1:1 cadence with clients to provide tactics and thoughts on how to use and launch BlueBox Systems.

Compile and rank stakeholder input and feedback, separating needs from wishes.

Work together with the sales team to make sure that the transition from sales to CS is smooth.

Work together to develop and improve our product roadmap with the product team.

Work together with marketing to create and improve customer-facing materials.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience with customer success in a B2B SaaS setting.

Proven track record of managing client interactions remotely.

Client onboarding expertise is a need.

Capability to quickly become up to speed on challenging, complex subjects.

The capacity to interact with and oversee projects for clients at the VP and Director levels.

Outstanding capacity for establishing and upholding expectations in a consultative and receptive manner.

Proven track record of producing technical writing for knowledge bases and customer-facing content.

The capacity to organize webinars and online demonstrations with businesses from other nations.

Exhibit outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities.

Exceptional management abilities are a requirement.

Highly coachable The capacity to hear constructive criticism and make necessary adjustments.

Experience with startups is a plus.

Preferably a bachelor's degree or above.
