Tasks

- You will be answering inbound calls, chats from viewers, who have either billing queries, or technical issues related to the streaming service. You will also manage social media post and emails about the same topics.
Requirements
- Fluent in the required language
- Working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless viewer experience.
