We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Teaching Centre team. Your role will contribute to business growth by meeting and exceeding targets for both Adult students and Young Learners. Working in a team of three you will ensure high conversion rates from sales consultations.

You will be accountable for new sales and resales for adults and young learners ensuring high conversion rates from consultations. Proactively crossselling and promoting British Council services to enquirers is essential.
In terms of customer care you will follow up on adult sales consultations to close or extend CRM sales opportunities for myClass and lockstep customers. You will support myClass students at the start of their learning journey troubleshoot problems and keep existing students informed about their package expiry and lessons remaining. Coordination with the Senior Teacher Adults on the myClass Student Advisor report to liaise with students with low attendance is part of your role as is managing lockstep waiting and reservation lists.
For young learners you will follow up on sales consultations to close or extend CRM sales opportunities for all ages and manage waiting lists in a timely manner.
You will deliver exceptional customer service at the front desk call centre and back office in line with the Service Level Agreement. Assisting the Customer Service Manager and team with ensuring corporate service standards are met and improving policies and procedures based on feedback is crucial. You will register customers for English courses exams and other British Council services handling related documentation such as registration packs receipts invoices information leaflets and exams application forms.
Administrative responsibilities include delivering adhoc professional and jobrelated requirements as assigned by the Customer Services Manager. You will act on customer feedback by making clear notes on enquiries and complaints passing them to relevant staff and ensuring timely responses.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum / essential
Experience of working with B2C customers
Previous sales experience

English B2 Polish native

Important information:
Location:Krakow Poland
Salary: 5550.00 PLN gross/month
Contract: Fixedterm 1 year with option for extension
Requirement: Candidates must have the legal rights to work in Poland at the time of application and in future.
