Are you someone with strong communication and training skills If you can work independently but also collaborate with a team we are looking for someone to support our Cooperative Retailing System (CRS) with the Mi9 Point of Sale platform as we strive for continuous improvement and innovative measures to help build Western Canada.

What youll do:

  • Support the MI9 Operations service desk in responding to incidents and requests tickets as they relate to the HABS Mi9POS system operation by determining the root cause of the problem and providing solutions from the system and/or training and resources. Effectively communicate to all parties involved including local Coops.
  • Assist IT and Operations Advisors in Mi9 system implementation for retail locations to be successfully set up and functioning properly. Respond to questions on the platform that arise from retail employees prior to during or after the transition via the appropriate communication channels.
  • Collaborate with all teams to identify and document gaps issues or opportunities in the Mi9 platform and related systems by gathering and analyzing data. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) system report creation and work with IT HABS POS and other stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the platform for local Coops.
  • Develop standardize and maintain training materials process documents and online training modules to provide local Coops with information to utilize the systems and drive recommendations and best practices with regard to use and application of Mi9 across the Cooperative Retailing System (CRS).
  • Provide training and support to CRS employees through WebEx sessions seminars phone calls and onsite etc. on the Mi9 system.

You will work closely with the Mi9 support team to provide support on the Mi9 platform and will report into the Senior Manager Continuous team strives to cultivate a culture of customer focus professionalism continuous improvement and collaboration.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • Have 1 3 years of relevant experience in retail business analysis operational systems or IT in home and building supplies. Familiarity with the Mi9 Point of Sale system would be an asset.
  • Have a bachelors degree in business (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
