This is a remote position - you can work from your own home! There are career advancement We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative able to work various shifts opportunities - we are a company that strongly believes in promoting from within.
Duties and Requirements:
Making outbound calls to provide and confirm information regarding scheduled services
Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding our services
The first line of contact presenting the value of our services and closing the sale
Supporting the overall operations of the Contact Center
Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution
Must have adequate work from home conditions with dedicated workspace
One year remote call center experience preferred
