As a Customer Service Representative you will collaborate with existing personnel in the Philippines and Chicago to comprehend all business lines of Westward360 and contribute to the organizations overall success. Your role will involve facilitating daily operations for your management team s portfolio. Additionally you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving tenant/customer requests through our online ticketing system Zendesk.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or bilingual
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (CSR)
  
• Exceptional comfort and fluency in English which is essential for this role
  
• High comfort level with technology particularly webbased software such as Google Suite.
  

• Work with existing Philippines and Chicagobased personnel to understand all business lines of Westward360 and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole.
  
• Facilitate daily operations for your management team s portfolio.
  
• Monitor and resolve tenant/customer requests via our online ticketing system Zendesk.
  
• Answer phone calls from U.S.based customers and vendors via an IP telephony system.
  
• Communicate business needs to U.S.based clients and vendors.
  
• Research client (AR) and vendor (AP) payment issues.
