Job Summary:
Were offering a competitive salary of $4000 to $5500 a month for our next Customer Service Associate!
Were looking for someone helpful and professional that can give our customers the best service and support possible. Youll be the first one our customers reach out to and youll take care of all their questions and complaints with a smile and aplomb. Plus youll help with orders payments and deliveries making sure our customers are happy and loyal.

Your responsibilities will include:
Respond to calls and emails and answer customers questions and concerns about products and services.
Provide information and guidance about product features pricing availability and promotions.
Process orders payments and refunds and track deliveries.
Respond to complaints and issues and escalate them when needed.
Follow up with customers and collect feedback.
Keep accurate and uptodate records of customer experiences and transactions in your CRM system.
Collaborate with others in your team and department to deliver the highest quality of customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in a related industry
Proficient in using common office software systems such as Excel
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills both verbal and written
Strong customer service and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and customers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences
