If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction regarding the quality of delivered products and provides monthly information to the management and within the organization;
• Responsible for taking actions following customer ratings to improve scorecards. It involves the negotiation of NCEs and rejected parts coordination of visits from/to the client audits etc.;
• Develops professional relationships with customers
• Coordinates returning activities of the reclaimed products sequence/warranty;
• Coordinates sorting/correction activities at customer
• Moderates the team involved in fault analyzing.

And if you have:

• University degree (Technical profile is an advantage)
• Extensive experience in quality and production area
• Fluent English knowledge
• Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical thinking and technical orientation
• Ability to make decision good communication skills
