About the Role:

Hey there! Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing stellar customer service Were expanding our vibrant team in Lisbon Portugal and we want you! If youre a communication whiz and love the idea of working in a sunny dynamic environment this is your chance to shine.

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with our customers through phone email chat and social media. Youre the voice and heart of our brand!

  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate closely with our fantastic team including Team Leaders Managers and our Customer Success Team.
  • Juggle and Excel: Youll balance multiple projects with ease and manage different timelines like a pro.

What Were Looking For:

  • Multilingual Superstar: Fluent in French and English. Bonus points if you speak another language!
  • Experience Counts: Ideally you have at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
  • TechFriendly: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and excited about cars and electric vehicles.
  • The Ultimate Team Player: Energetic assertive and ready to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
