Hey there! Are you fluent in Englishand passionate about providing stellar customer service and want to work from Kuala Lumpur Were expanding our vibrant team in Malaga Spain and we want you!   • Be the First Point of Contact: Engage with our customers through phone email chat and social media. Youre the voice and heart of our brand!
  • Solve and Delight: Youll be solving problems offering solutions and making our customers feel valued and understood.
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate closely with our fantastic team including Team Leaders Managers and our Customer Success Team.

What Were Looking For:

  • Multilingual Superstar: Fluent in English. Bonus points if you speak another language!
  • Experience Counts: Ideally you have at least a year of experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role.
  • TechFriendly: Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and excited about cars and electric vehicles.
