Customer Excellence Representative

About the Job

• Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Web chat, what’s app bus, trip rating, emails and other similar social media platforms.
• Answering or making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs
• Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Following up with customers in case of escalations or complains corporate and individuals and Followthe actions taken until the case is handled to customers’ satisfaction.
• Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical andAccount manager—in order to improve the overall customer experience.
• Welcome call for the buses Supervisors/Riders seeking feedback and recommendations.
• Making sure that the Admin function is completing Buseet operations excellence process and Work on developing it along the way.
• Using Buseet Tools & Systems to record and execute the assigned duties & tasks.
