Overview:

As a Telecaller at 29234 you will play a crucial role in our organizations success by effectively communicating with potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for initiating sales calls addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and offer products/services solutions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Conduct customer followup calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of product information
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and update customer databases
  • Participate in sales and marketing events as required
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate quality leads
  • Provide feedback and input to improve overall customer experience
  • Report on call activities and results regularly

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or telesales role
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle rejection positively
  • Strong listening and persuasive skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Understanding of customer relationship management systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as required
