Job Overview:

We are seeking a Telcaller Responsible for customer engagement via phone handling inquiries and providing assistance. Proficient in English and Konkani with basic to intermediate computer skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to the application services and discuss their needs.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
  • Present product information features and benefits to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and followup actions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services.
  • Manage the back end Panel of the App to track services booked and follow up with services booked vendors and customers
  • Review the new vendor registration on the backend panel and if required edit vendor profiles on the panel

Job Requirements:

  • High school/Diploma or any graduate.
  • Freshers can apply Preferably Female candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Konkani.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
