CRM Supervisor

• Maintain & handle Client relationship to ensure client’s satisfaction.
• Track the loyalty programs performance in terms of customer behavior & analysis
• Work internally with other departments to meet the client’s requirements.
• Introduce new initiatives & campaigns that are relevant for the client’s customers to increase the performance of their loyalty program.
• Monitor the performance of the loyalty program and work on increasing Dsquares commission.
• Attend meetings with the clients.
• Forecast the upcoming campaigns in terms of transactions, sales and commission.
• Agree with partnerships team on the relevant partners suitable for each campaign or loyalty program.

Requirements

• 6+ Years of Experience
• Bachelor Degree of any discipline
• Very good command of written & Spoken English
