Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of legally sound contract documents
• Review of intermediate contract status and comment/release of finalized contract documents
• PR SPR contact for all legal/contractual issues and bottleneck/catalyst to LEGAL SERVICES
• Legal support in selected negotiation situations (mediating function)
• Preparation and execution of training measures (legal aspects and negotiation skills)
• Initiates invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms
• Active contribution to Segment-overlapping implementation measures in view of a unified contractual basis
• Expert monitoring of internal processes in view of their legal security
• Legal support in complex claim issues
