Overview:

As we continue to expand the need for an exceptional Talent Consultant has emerged to work directly with our founders. This role is critical in shaping our future ensuring we have the right talent in place and maintaining our competitive edge.

Location: Remote
Type: Contract 36 months mutually renewable

Role Summary:
The Talent Consultant will play a pivotal role in partnering with Klubs founders to enhance our talent acquisition strategies develop robust talent maps and succession plans and ensure a continuous pipeline of highcalibre candidates for critical roles. This individual will bring deep expertise in talent management innovative recruitment strategies and talent networks to support Klubs ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the founders to understand the strategic landscape of the company and identify talent needs aligned with our vision and growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for essential roles leveraging industry networks social media and other recruiting tools.
  • Implement the organisation s talent planning strategy ensuring Klub is prepared for future leadership additions and current critical role vacancies.
  • Conduct market research for critical roles to stay informed of industry trends compensation benchmarks and talent management innovations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management and recruitment (inhouse or consulting) with a proven track record in talent acquisition and succession planning for Bangalore and Ahmedabad markets.
  • Understanding of recruitment methodologies talent market trends and succession planning practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with senior hires
  • Experience working directly with CEOs/Founders with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of organization and efficiency.
