Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure proper addressing of their needs during delivery.

Design and optimize data models for better performance.
Configure business rules and workflows to streamline processes.
Consult and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Execute data migration strategies during system implementations or updates.

Requirements
Requisitos
Minimum 3 years of handson experience with SuccessFactors. Proficiency in English language with strong analytical and communication capabilities. Residency in Portugal. Demonstrated experience in module configurations and implementations along with system maintenance and support. Expertise in data model design and optimization. Proficient in configuring rules and workflows to meet organizational requirements.
