CNC Programmer Machinist

Requirements: Proficiency in CNC machining and HAAS programming Knowledge of plastics injection molding processes Familiarity with electrical discharge machining (EDM) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Strong mathematical skills for performing basic calculations Experience with Mazatrol programming is a plus Ability to operate milling machines and other machining equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Excellent problemsolving skillsResponsibilities: Set up and operate CNC mill and lathe machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining operations Use hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers bore gauges and calipers to ensure accuracy of machined parts Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or defects Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper functioning Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work areaNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
