Job Description
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the designated cluster or territory to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
- Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of sales executives coordinators or representatives within the cluster
- This includes recruiting training and performance management
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats
- Adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients corporate accounts and travel agencies
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation through direct sales efforts negotiations and pricing strategies
- Identify crossselling and upselling opportunities
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage sales budgets for the cluster
- Monitor expenses and ensure that the team operates within budgetary constraints
- Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports and presentations for senior management detailing sales performance forecasts and market insights
