About the Role

Designation : Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive content

strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience. Collaborate with key

stakeholders to define content goals identify target personas and determine content

themes and topics.

Content Creation and Publication: Oversee the creation editing and publishing of

highquality content across various platforms

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content creators including writers

editors and designers. Provide guidance feedback and support to ensure the team

produces topnotch content that meets our standards and objectives.

Lead process Improvements and innovations

Content Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the

performance of content initiatives.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including

marketing design product to ensure content initiatives are aligned with overall

business goals and integrated into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Forecast and manage risks

Handling Project Team and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts.

Background and Requirements

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification Graduation

Proven experience in content management creation and strategy development

preferably in a similar role.

Proven experience in Stakeholder Management and Project Management

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong command

of grammar and style.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines

and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a passion for storytelling and

creating compelling content

.Additional Skills (Preferred):

Understanding of content marketing trends and industry developments.
