Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Job Requirements:

1. Education and Qualifications:

1. • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Cybersecurity or related field. Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) preferred.
   • Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) highly desirable.

1. Experience:

1. • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in information security with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
   • Proven track record of designing implementing and managing comprehensive cybersecurity programs in complex organizational environments.

1. Technical Skills:

1. • Expertise in cybersecurity technologies tools and practices including intrusion detection/prevention systems firewalls SIEM endpoint protection encryption and vulnerability management.
   • Deep understanding of network architecture cloud computing and emerging technologies such as IoT and AI/ML and their associated security implications.
   • Handson experience with regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA PCIDSS ISO 27001/2) and frameworks (e.g. NIST Cybersecurity Framework CIS Controls).

1. Leadership and Communication:

1. • Exceptional leadership abilities with a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen.
   • Proven experience in building and leading highperforming cybersecurity teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders including executives and board members.

1. Risk Management:

1. • Extensive experience in identifying assessing and mitigating cybersecurity risks across the organization.
   • Strong understanding of enterprise risk management frameworks and methodologies with the ability to align security initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

1. Incident Response and Crisis Management:

1. • Proficiency in developing and implementing incident response plans including detection containment eradication and recovery procedures.
   • Experience leading crossfunctional incident response teams during security incidents and breaches ensuring swift and effective resolution while minimizing impact.

1. Continuous Learning and Professional Development:

1. • Demonstrated commitment to staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends threats and best practices through continuous learning professional development and participation in industry forums and events.
