Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at Oshea Cosmetics located in Amman. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, supporting sales and providing excellent customer service

. Additionally, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing accurate information regarding products, promotions, and services offered by Oshea Cosmetics.

Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
- Computer Literacy and experience with CRM software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic language (spoken and written)
- Minimum high school diploma. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
