Define business processes, procedures and workflows to meet business objectives
Analyse and identify opportunities for business process improvements
Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
Ensure processes are in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
Work with subject matter experts in the business to determine new and existing business
processes.
Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements
and change management activities
Liaise with Business Systems Analysts & Systems Architect
Liaise with identified functional task force members
Creation, maintenance and improvement of business process standards and workflow version
control.
Identify the minimum viable product in order to align hubs to a single / standard process as quickly
as possible
Requirements
- A University Degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- 5 years working experience, with 2+ years experience in a similar position.
- Ability to clearly define complex problem statements and simplify them for stakeholders
- Strong understanding of and experience in business process analysis methods, tools and applications.
- Any experience with Lean Thinking advantageous
- Project management experience advantageous
- Software development, robotic process automation experience advantageous
