Job Description
- Experienced in produtibility analysis techniques.
- Experienced in assembly line requirement and design.
- Skilled in production aid documentation requirements and establishment.
- Planning definition and establishment of assembly lines its commissioning and acceptance
- Solid fundamental knowledge of industrial engineering principles and assembly line design and operational success drivers linked to the individual s academic qualifications and areas of expertise.
- A good understanding and implementation of product development and concurrent engineering (Product Industrialisation) processes and review gates.
- Task planning and contracting
- Product design
- Producibility analysis
- Working closely with the manufacturing manager/Industrial Engineer
- Develop innovative solutions for manufacturing facilities in cooperation with team members of different engineering disciplines.
- Design mechanical systems from concept phase to detail design ensuring compliance with legal regulatory and safety requirements.
- Oversee and guide the manufacturing and implementation of designs ensuring adherence to quality standards budget and schedule.
- Plan and conduct tests and evaluations to verify equipment and system performance investigating and addressing any failures.
- Support implementation of final products through user training and assistance compile technical proposals for new business development and interact with clients to support business growth initiatives.
