Job Description
We are hiring a business analyst for one of our banking clients:
Description:
- Analyses complex end-user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs.
- Determines specific business reporting requirements to address complex business needs.
- Works with development teams to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing.
- Acts as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues.
Job Requirements
- Requires a BS/BA degree in IT, computer science or any related discipline
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations
- SQL skills a must
- Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus
- Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal abilities
- Active listening involving eliminating distractions, maintaining an attentive posture and eye contact, and restating key points to confirm understanding
- Ability to drill down from high-level information into details
- Strong questioning and observational skills
