Overview:

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic partnerships. This role is vital in expanding the companys market presence achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Generate leads and prospects through various channels.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and market trends.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to track and analyze sales performance.
  • Report regularly on sales performance and forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive sales plans.
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and a network of contacts is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced constantly evolving environment.
