We have an excellent job opportunity with our esteemed client located in Mumbai looking for a Business Development Manager. Below are the details about this job opportunity.

This role will drive the growth and success of the company through strategic planning relationship building and market expansion. Incumbent will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities negotiating and closing deals and nurturing strong partnerships to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

Job location Andheri East Mumbai (near Metro station)
Relevant work experience min. 4 years (in similar role)

Key Responsibilities but not limited to below:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders
Negotiate and close business deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends opportunities and threats
Prepare and deliver proposals presentations and pitches to clients
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Stay updated on industry developments and regulations
Represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows etc
Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies
Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize results
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree / PGDBM / MBA specializing in Business Administration Marketing or related field
Prior experience and proven track record of successful business development and sales performance
Experience in lead generation negotiation and closing deals
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles & concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Ability to travel whenever required
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics
Resultsdriven and customerfocused mindset
High level of integrity and professionalism
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
